It's outdoor "green" wall, the largest of it's kind in the county, uses an automatic circulating irrigation system and has helped turn Taichung into a "breathing city'. it has became a big downtown attraction as a vertical eco-garden in the heart of an urban jungle. The bookstore's vertical exo-garden in the cultural, tourism, shopping and lifestyle related events, while the CMP Block Museum of Arts behind it is full of sophisticated, artistic surprises, both indoors and outdoors.

Calligraphy Greenway

The Calligraphy Greenway can be divided into three sections. The first one is the "Van Gogh Square" in front of the National Museum of Natural Science, where replicas of masterpieces by Dutch Post-Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh are displayed. Civic Square, surrounded by eateries and cafes, is the greenway's second section and also the venue for the Taichung Jazz Festival. It integrates elements of an art gallery and recreational facilities into a public space, making Calligraphy Greenway a top city attraction. The Calligraphy Greenway's last section extends to a parkway opposite the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, where a mixture of scenic elegance, international cuisine and architectural sophistication helps explain why Calligraphy Greenway, as well as the nature and arts inspired lifestyle it represents, is so irresistible!
