Syuankong Temple

Tseng Wen Reservoir Scenic Area

Tseng Wen Reservoir locates in the upper Dapu Creek of Tseng Wen River in Chiayi County. Besides providing agricultural irrigation, the Reservoir also generates electricity, prevents floods, and also is a tourist attraction. It is the first reservoir in Taiwan having multiple purposes. The view here is breathtaking. There are Travel Service Center, Dongkou Camp Ground, riverside recreational area, Niaogong Park, and Lovers Park. Tseng Wen is a famous spot in the southern Taiwan.

Syuankong Temple

Syuankong Temple is near Nansi Junior High School. Embraced by mountains and with fresh air, the view here is wonderful; particularly, before the sunrise and sunset, the built and decorated with trees and stones in the Temple. The Temple emits natural and harmonious air.

Yongsing Suspension Bridge

Yongsing Suspension Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in Taiwan, and it crosses Tseng Wen River. The length is 346m in total. After the reconstruction, it is changed into a beautiful bridge saturated with purple. Now it has become the new landmark in Nansi, and a great spot for family and lovers.

Jiang Family Mansion

Jiang Family Mansion locates in between Yujing and Nansi of Tainan City. The Mansion is well preserved and is kept in great condition. Visitors can see what the rural part of Taiwan was like in the past. The Jiang Family Mansion mostly is built with red bricks. Visitors will find themselves walking in a humble village sufficed with history.

Gueidan Hot Spring

Gueidan Hot Spring is in Gueidan Village, Nansi District of Tainan City. Embraced by mountains, the location of the Hot Spring is far from reach and thus great natural landscapes are preserved. It is worth visiting. The temperature of Gueidan Hot Spring is around 34 ° C. The hot spring here is carbonized spring. Each giving different smells and colors, 5 kinds of hot spring can be found here. Gueidan Hot Spring therefore is also called "Wusing Spring" (which, in Chinese, suggests that the five kinds of hot spring have various medical effects). Gueidan is a great place for having hot spring.
